Strictly gay dance club
If you want to dance to European music (electronica, dance, world, etc), Glam is the place. This popular dance club usually stays open until the wee hours of the morning. The dance floor is smaller than the huge lounge areas where there's at least three, plus an outdoor patio.

      Tourist Be Aware
So, I was told before I arrived in Buenos Aires to be careful of my iPhone and the crime in this city. But the last thing I expected was to have my iPhone 6 and $1000AR stolen from my pocket while I was in the dark room having what i thought was fun but while i was getting busy with my pants down, I was getting robbed and it seems the security of the club are in on it I think. Anyway, be extremely careful what you get up to and who you take home from this club. If you own an iPhone, don't take it to this club. I understand from a friend that this happens all the time here. I have never had this happen to me ever and i travel around the world several times a year

Nice place, but I went on the wrong night
Glam is a smaller club. It's even a little difficult to find it in Palermo, but it's a lovely place. There are 2 dance floors. The main floor was basically playing cumbia and the other one was top40. The night I went (Friday) the crowd was 99% of lesbians. I guess there were 5 guys in there, including me. It was fun though.

Stay up and dance, dance, dance!
This is the gay club to hit if you want to stay out all night dancing. It doesn't even get going until 2 am or so. It very gay only two nights a week - Thursday and Saturdays (I think). It does charge a hefty (by Argie standards) cover charge, so be prepared to see lots of foreigners and locals looking to meet them. Drinks are also tourist priced - stick with the beer as the locals do. Not necessarily a locals bar anymore, but very fun nonetheless!

Glam is the place to be on Thursday Night
Glam is a cute, danceclub with 2 dancefloors. The front dancefloor is more top 40 music. The back dancefloor was retro 80's and 90's music. The crowd was mostly gay men. It got crowded by 3AM. I would recommend getting there around 2AM. A 25 peso cover charge got you 2 drinks. You have to buy drink tickets from a cashier in the back of the space and then go to a bar to get your drink. The club itself had exposed brick walls and some nice wood fixtures. From what I was told it was the best spot to be on a Thursday night.

The guys are cute, the music is good, and the drinks are inexpensive (at least compared to Sao Paulo).

      Be warned ...Skip this club
This club is found in the area of Palermo, a 20 minute cab ride from our hotel located near the obelisk. The club does not open not until !:00 a.m. Local Portenos make up 85% of the club. From my experience,Gay Portenos are not the friendliest people and the club ambience does not help. Entrance is overpriced at 50. While in the club, cocktail drinks are 50. The club has two dance floors. The major dance floor plays top 40 dance music but lacks the laser lights and great dance mix a good DJ might play. When the music is's like listening to the radio which made me want to ponder I could have stayed at hotel and downloaded MTV music. The other smaller dance floor plays 80s music with the sound system of poor quality. Both dance floors get crowded with the most locals getting abrasive... getting pushed and shoved by portenos is a common thing. The second floor has a dark room which has security. My friend went upstairs in the dark room. He was soo distracted with having locked lips with another guy that he did not notice that someone pickpocketed him. My friend lost his iphone and wallet. Management could not do anyhting about it . If I were you, Id stay away from this club.

This Place is small, but very intimate. They have 3 main rooms: one with latest hits, one with oldies greatest hits and another just a quiet lounge. Totally recommended!

Great Crowd, Good Music, Lots of Eye Candy: Find Spot with a View to a Kill
A popular hangout for good music, nice crowd, and some of the best looking gays is BA. This is one of the clubs like Amerika: walk thu a metal detector (a la airport), and deal with a security force that rivals a presidential visit. To avoid delays leave your Colt 45 at the hotel, please. The club is surprisingly small: two bars, one at front, and one at rear. Two dance floors that cater to different music styles; disco and retro. A room up the stairs from the second bar used for stripper shows seen from the main dance floor, and doubles as a wannabe darkroom/smoke lounge. There is an outside patio, probably the best place to be. The place gets absolutely packed by the normal party hours in BA 3-4 AM. I am not sure how they can start to party at a time when I am normally in deep REM sleep; drugs can do wonders. There are a lot of great looking guys, but impossible to navigate thru this place, people get really blasted. You need to find a place to sit, by the main dance floor they have leather couches, and you can enjoy the view. For some reason Argentinian men have great buns, and are at eye level when sitting on the couches; waiter more drinks please!!

      Nice place
This is a very good place to going out if you are looking for a small place you can find good music (dance and electronic), handsome locals and str8 acting men. It has two rooms where you can choose music you like and enjoy more. Altought there is a slight dark room upstair, there is no such action there. Price is reasonable and it´s located in a safe area (Palermo). Remember to get late (2:00 a.m. and later), before that time you will find it kind of empty. mid 20´s, 30´s and early 40´s years old people.

A Must place to go to.. Even on its off nights
PROS: Great crowd. 20 to 50 yo Great music. Very fun Upstairs dark room "interesting" around 5am. CONS: Late night opening. 2am to 8am. OVERALL: The 2am is NOT a typo! BA clubs open LATE and they party until dawn. Glam is NO different. I highly suggest to get to sleep by 6pm. Wake up at 10:30pm, eat someplace good at 11pm, then go out... or just drink a lot of Red Bull. The bar's VERY packed on Thursday and Sunday. Although the BA crowd goes to RHEO on Friday and HUMAN on Saturday, Glam is still a very fun place to go to on their "off" nights.

This is a fun place with a good crowd - from 20yo students to 40yo onlookers. There are two rooms - one good sized dance room that plays mostly dance/pop, and another small/medium sized room that plays pop/latin/anything music. Drinks ranged from 12 pesos for a Corona, to 30 pesos for a whisky and coke.

      Nice Dance Bar
Not to big and only got smaller ever since they closed the patio due to noise complaints from the residents in the area. Music is very top 40 remixed and house. There are two bars and one dance floor area. Crowd varies 20-45 year old's. Thursday - Sunday after 1AM is best time to go.
