Palacio Alsina is one of the most elegant nightclubs in the city thanks to its original design and spacious dance floor. You'll have fun getting lost in the lights.
Amazing
I went to a "Fiesta Dorothy" (promoted by Rheo group) at Palacio Alsina and it was fantastic! The best party ever. The place is extremely beautiful, with a very rich architecture and led panels from the stage til the ceiling. All kinds of gay guys were there: from bears, to mature, to fashionistas. The drinks are at a reasonable price and the music is great. I loved it there!
great disco!!
Great, huge, nice, disco! It was changing names from 1998 I guess, but really great parties in BigOne - Palacio Alsina
Le Must Visit: Huge Club, Hot Friendly Crowd.
This club is a cathedral like warehouse; its 4 stories high. You have to visit this club, so don't miss it. It was closed for a while for renovation, and opened to be one if not the most elaborate designed bar/disco in Buenos Aires. Fridays and Sundays its gay and mixed the rest of the week. When I was there it was weird since you need to purchase the entrance tickets in the daytime, and they are limited. The first time they sold out in minutes. Best thing is to try to be on an invitation list. The music can be deafening, but the gay crowd is wild with super sexy guys shirtless, or in full Armani, and friendly. This club is close to another beautiful disco: A bank converted disco called Bahrein (LaValle 345), mostly gay on Wednesdays and Fridays. The interior architecture is beautiful, two upper floors, one floor underground. Beautiful bar on the top floor, and they serve food (munchies), main floor with bar/dance, ditto for the underground floor.
How did it turn out?
Short and sweet: This is the place to be if you get turned on by the energy of its design. This place is glam, cruisy, full of nice looking pibes, totally recommended for some dancing. Palacio has been a staple in BA gay-spots, but mostly for the younger crowd, for a decade or more. My favorite part is the design, it is a converted theatre... really cool stuff. Don't forget to go on their website and print out a discount flyer!!
